With experience in a wide range of corporate catering events from the large scale Gibbston Valley Concert and Winter Festivals to smaller corporate conferences and black tie evenings. We take into consideration every aspect before offering our recommendations and advice.

Bespoke Menu Design

We custom design every menu to reflect our client’s individual taste and requirements. Our food is made by hand and prepared in-house using the freshest locally grown ingredients that reflect the season and celebrate the best Otago and the surrounding regions have to offer.

If you have something specific in mind we’re more than happy to accommodate your requests.

Drink and Bar Service

We offer a wide range of bar services to suit your occasion. We can provide bar staff, mixologists, chillers and glassware or we can give advice on quantities, management, delivery, stocktake and returns.

We can assist with purchasing your beverage order or we can manage the process if you have pre-sourced your own. As a fully licensed operator we hold a current liquor license at all times and we don’t charge a corkage fee.
